01Cleanse
Every alternate day give you hair a good wash with a deep cleansing yet nourishing shampoo. This will remove oil and grease without making hair too dry.
02Condition
Don't skip conditioner. Your hair needs the moisture to look healthy and shiny, just apply it to the lengths and wash it off in a minute or two.
03Massage
Use a few drops of peppermint or tea tree oil with your regular oil to massage your scalp and hair. This will keep bacteria and fungus away as well as provide hair the required nourishment.
04Dry shampoo
Always keep a bottle of dry shampoo handy and use it when you have no time to wash your hair. Spray it from a distance and let it absorb all the grease and oil before you step out.
05Hair brush
Workouts can be tough on your hair and cause a lot of tangling if you have short hair or don't tie them into a braid. Detangle your hair using a good hair brush before stepping in the shower for a shampoo.
